2020 DAY 5
Grateful for:
Consistency, I love structure to a degree
My fridge, it amuses me
Neighbors who are there for us, it is comforting
MY fake grass, there is less to do in the yard
Internet, allows me to connect here and for work
Sleep - lately I have slept enough
Taking better care of myself, it is about time
Cell phones, we can do so much these days
1 empty cabinet upstairs; it represents clearing unnecessary things
Friendships; some and are close some are distant but they are true friendships.

8 :Grateful for the internet
9 :Grateful for my son

2020 Day 6
Grateful for:

A cooler day, it is refreshing to me
The craft method, I am learning how to deal with things in a new way
Cleaning, it is nice to own things - so i guess i get to clean them.
Gas Mileage in the new car, it is great
My leaf blower, I am going to use it today and my yard will look awesome sauce
Help for my wrists, my ortho located a hand surgeon
Starburcks, sophia works there and I get the best coffee as a gift monthly
Paint, it is easy to make things fresh and clean
My moms old trunk, it hides all of the water bottles
Laundry, it means I don't have to be naked and afraid (lol)
A beautiful day

2020 Day 7:

Grateful for :
TAlking to Dean, he sounds much better
Spending time with Richard and Grace, they are fun company.
Green drink from STarbucks, thanks to Sophia for thinking of me
Chile Verde Tacos, fresh and nutritious
The weather cooling, much needed
Coffee, it wakes me up
my laundry room, the heartbeat of the house sometimes
Grace washing the car, it looks so much better
Cable TV, lots of channels
Internet to help me work and connect

Grateful for:
A rehab worker I called, he is part of My sons sponsor family
Jodi, I touched her life
Karen, she is amazing and helpful
Nina for referring Karen
Relationships, so important to have healthy relationships
The color red, it makes me happy
Richard found a job, he is an ok kid
Grace trusting me, I was able to comfort her.
Sophia sharing today her feelings, I was able to reflectively listen
Boundaries with Sade - important

2020 Day 9:
Grateful for:
Naps, it refreshes me during the day.
Discussion with Anthony, for clarity
Discussion with Dean, for clarity
Cooler air, so relieving
Riding in the back seat of the car - it was fun
Self awareness - I know what to be patient with
College starting - all of my kids are on a journey now
Sales this week, with no effort
Therapy - helps me get things off my mind - and less overwhelmed
Ability to forgive - I live in more peace

2020 Day 10:

Grateful for:

Salad night, so refreshing and nutritious.
More motivation: helps me be productive
3 mice, caught and set free!
The story I heard today, helps me gain more clarity
3 showers - I have choices
More sales today, more money
Great cell service, I have communication
The beautiful area I live in, able to appreciate the ocean and nature.
Savings - I feel stable
My printer - and supplies - kids are able to do school work and I get to work for free.
